Vinca Minor or Periwinkle
Small, shiny evergreen leaves with violet-blue flowers in the spring. Grows well in shade or sun. VERY HARDY, will grow vigorously in almost any soil. Valuable to cover hard to mow banks. Beautiful around trees, foundations, or by itself. Plant 6-12 inches apart.
