Office Hours and Season
Our spring season begins approximately
March 20 and extends thru April 30.

During shipping season, open
8:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M.

After shipping season, open 8:00
A.M. to 4:30 P.M.

Open other hours by appointment.
Order Size
No order can be accepted for less
than 100 trees, unless otherwise noted. Fifty of one size and kind
at the 100 rate, 500 at the 1000 rate.
Sales Tax
Residents of Pennsylvania are subject to
a 6% sales tax on stock purchased from our nursery, except on (1) stock purchased
for resale in its original form or (2) horticultural production (Christmas
trees, forest trees and ornamentals). Out-of-state purchases ordering stock for
shipment and delivery by common carrier are not subject to this sales tax.
Deposits
Orders may be booked with a 25 percent
deposit; balance due before shipment. We also accept Visa and Master Card.
Accounts due past 30 days will be charged interest at the rate of 1 1/2% per
month. Minimum order $50.00. Orders under $50.00, add a $5.00 handling charge.
Method of Shipment
Transportation charges are to be paid by
the customer, F.O.B. our shipping point. All plants shipped by UPS, unless
otherwise indicated. Our liability ceases when trees are delivered to the carrier.
Since we have no control after shipping we
cannot guarantee survival. All of our nursery stock is carefully graded, packed,
and should arrive in excellent condition. Claims for errors, shortages, etc,
must be made within five days after receipt of shipment to receive
consideration.
Pick Up Orders
Notify us 3 business days in
advance if you prefer to pick up your order at the nursery (directions).
Other Conditions
Orders accepted subject to prior sale of
stock, crop injury, or loss from any cause beyond our control. |
